India and the Philippines have a growing economic relationship, with trade volume exceeding US$3 billion in the last fiscal year.
To explore opportunities for trade and investment, the Embassy of India in Manila is organizing a business roadshow in Cebu on November 14-15, 2023.
The roadshow will focus on sectors with potential for partnership based on complementary strengths and comparative advantages, including agriculture, energy, infrastructure, innovative technology solutions, IT-BPO/BPM, healthcare/pharmaceuticals, and tourism.
More than 20-30 Indian businesses from these sectors will participate in the roadshow to showcase their products and solutions. The event will also include expert panel discussions, presentations, and a signing ceremony for a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) between the Cebu Chamber of Commerce & Industry (CCCI) and the India Business Forum (IBF).
The Cebu Province Governor and the Cebu City Mayor are expected to attend the roadshow, along with relevant stakeholders from across the government, business chambers, and media.
The India Business Roadshow is a proven platform for government-to-business and business-to-business engagements between India and the Philippines. It helps to spread awareness about business opportunities, showcase cutting-edge products and solutions, and facilitate meaningful economic cooperation.
